I have been doing this for years and a few months ago, there it was, a news item on Yahoo.  The quickest way to get yourself up and energized in the morning or any time of the day?  Get on your toes!  Push yourself up and down on your toes at least 10 to 15 times and feel that rush of energy.

Being the multitasker that I am, I combine this with my shower for maximum effect – the water waking me up combined with the boost of energy from my toe lifts?  Priceless!
